Job Description

• Establishing marketing objectives and strategy for the organization in line with the organization direction
• Help develop new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization.
• Managing reports and necessary documentation form respective in-charge project and prepared final monthly, yearly and based on request by management
• Oversee the organization’s marketing budget and expenses
• Prepare monthly reports on sales activities, marketing initiatives and overall business performance
• develop and implement marketing strategies in order to attract off taker and increase profits
• Negotiate with off taker for produce crops depends on market demand/market price.
• Collaboration/Partnership with potential experienced farmer for technology transfer and knowledge
• Oversee for potential oversea market
• Conducting a situational analysis which investigates the marketing opportunities and any potential
• Planning participation in annual events such as MAHA and so on
• Communicate closely to government agencies such as the Department of Agriculture, Mardi and others
• Drafting and vetting of MOA, MOU, LOA, Offtake agreement,
• Monitor activities exit rubber programme and muti-crop estate (Tawai03)
• Create, execute, and   report results of project multi-crop, inter-crop and rubber exit programme to Head of Multicrop Unit
• Apply certification from authority body – MyGAP, ISO and others
• Help head unit related RSPO to ensure all project compliance with RSPO, MSPO and health and safety standards
