Manager of Finance

The responsibility of a finance manager include heading the day-to-day operations of the finance team, driving monetary strategies and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This is an essential role in navigating the organization towards its immediate and future financial objectives.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, responsibilities of a Finance Manager who possesses a strong finance background and can confidently manage a team of 2 direct reports:

• Manage all areas of day-to-day finance


• Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports


• Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.

• Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and acting as main point of contact for the auditors

• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance overall department efficiency and effectiveness


• Support on-going and ad-hoc projects as required 

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields


• 5+ years of fund management experience in large enterprises or financial institutions


• Strong command of fund pooling, cross-border flows, and financing instruments


• Hands-on experience with third-party payment systems


• Familiarity with tools like Excel modeling, and data analytics platforms


• Strategic mindset with strong risk awareness and cross-functional collaboration skills
