Manager, Operation Excellence

Responsibilities:

1.        Operational
Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Lead
  end-to-end operational excellence programs across warehousing and
  transportation operations.
  
• Identify
  operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities through data analysis
  and site assessments.
  
• Drive
  productivity improvement projects to improve labor, space, equipment, and
  process utilization.
  
• Develop and
  implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
  
• Conduct
  process mapping and workflow redesign initiatives.
  
• Establish
  and monitor Continuous Improvement (CI) roadmap and project pipeline.
  
• Converting
  Manual operation to system-driven operation through WMS or IT 
  

2.        Productivity
& Cost Optimization

• Analyze
  productivity performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  
• Lead labor
  productivity studies, time & motion studies, and resource optimization
  projects.
  
• Develop
  manpower productivity benchmarks and operational KPIs.
  
• Monitor
  project benefits realization and cost reduction achievements.
  
• Support
  operational budget control and cost improvement initiatives.
  

3.        Operational
Analytics & KPI Management

• Develop
  operational dashboards and performance reporting tools.
  
• Analyze
  warehouse and transportation KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
  
• Track site
  performance against productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and service
  targets.
  
• Establish
  root cause analysis methodology for recurring operational issues.
  
• Prepare
  management reports and executive presentations.
  

4.        Project
Management & IT Transformation

• Lead
  operational transformation projects from initiation to implementation.
  
• Coordinate
  cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  
• Support new
  business implementation and operational setup activities.
  
• Participate
  in automation, system enhancement, and digitalization initiatives.
  
• Manage
  project risks and escalation issues.
  

5.        Quality
& Compliance

• Ensure
  compliance with SOP, ISO standards, customer requirements, and company
  policies.
  
• Support
  internal audits and corrective action programs.
  
• Drive
  operational governance and process standardization across sites.
  
• Monitor
  service quality and customer-related operational performance
  

6.        Stakeholder
Management

• Collaborate
  with Site Managers, Operations Managers, Engineering, Finance, and IT teams.
  
• Present
  project updates and performance improvement results to management.
  
• Support
  customer presentations related to operational excellence initiatives.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's
  Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business
  Administration, or related disciplines. Master's Degree or Professional
  Certification is an advantage.
  
• Minimum 5–8
  years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial
  Engineering, or Operational Excellence functions.
  
• Experience
  in Contract Logistics (Warehousing & Distribution) is highly preferred.
  
• Proven
  track record in productivity improvement and cost optimization projects.
  
• Experience
  managing cross-functional projects and operational transformation programs.
  
• Exposure to
  Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  
• Strong
  analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Advanced
  Microsoft Excel and Power BI capabilities.
  
• Experience
  with WMS, TMS, ERP, or related logistics systems.
  
• Knowledge
  of warehouse operations, transportation operations, inventory management, and
  supply chain processes.
  
• Strong
  project management skills.
  
• Strong
