MANAGER, ORGANIZATION METHOD & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT - Room for Advancement

Summary of duties:

1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize organizational process and workflows.
2. Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing methods and processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
3. Collaborate with department heads and staff to gather insights, understand workflow challenges and formulate improvement plans.
4. Lead cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of process improvement, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, providing regular reports and recommendation to the Management.
6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and accountability across all level of the organization.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration or any related field.
2. Proven working experience in process improvement, organizational development or any related roles within healthcare industry.
3. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards and best practices.
4. Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvement initiatives.
5. Analytical skills: ability to analyze complex processes, identify root cause and propose effective solution.
6. Familiar with quality improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or any other frameworks.
