Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage a team of sales administrators and operations staff.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's effectiveness and productivity.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Sales Process Optimization:

• Streamline and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with sales teams to understand their needs and challenges, and implement solutions to enhance overall performance.

Data Management and Analysis:

• Oversee the management of sales data, including customer information, sales performance metrics, and market trends.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide insights to the sales team.

Sales Support:

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless sales operations.
• Provide support to the sales team by managing documentation, contracts, and other administrative tasks.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

• Oversee the effective use of CRM systems to track customer interactions, sales leads, and customer information.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system.

Training and Development:

• Identify training needs within the sales operations team and coordinate training programs to enhance skills.

Requirements:

• Must possess a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ Management/ Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 7-8 years (s) of working experience in a managerial position in a manufacturing background and preferably from the furniture industry.
• Fast learner and adaptable to changes in a dynamic business Company.
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong communication skills and organization skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Willing to work at Klang Utama, Klang.
