Penerangan Pekerjaan - Manager, Sales & Marketing

Manage the sales and marketing plans and strategies, and monitor and review their operations for launched projects.

Role Summary:

Plays a pivotal role in driving sales performance and executing marketing campaigns for property developments. This role focuses on lead generation, sales conversions, and the coordination of promotional activities while managing a team of sales executives and marketing specialists. The Manager ensures alignment with corporate strategies, monitors competitor activity, and provides data-driven insights to enhance customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance Management

  • Oversee sales performance and lead the sales team to achieve property sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement improvement initiatives where required.
  • Support achievement of revenue growth and customer acquisition objectives.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to EcoWorld developments.
  • Coordinate project launches, promotional activities and branding initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Manage sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales service.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work with property agents and other stakeholders to expand the customer base
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support successful project execution.
  • Support business development and partnership initiatives.

Market Intelligence & Business Insights

  • Monitor competitor activity, customer preferences and market trends.
  • Provide data-driven insights to enhance customer acquisition and retention
  • Support business planning and decision-making activities.

Reporting & Operational Excellence

  • Monitor sales performance and project progress against established targets.
  • Ensure compliance with established procedures and reporting requirements.
  • Support the adoption of CRM systems and digital sales tools.

Core Competencies & Technical Expertise:

Technical Competencies

  • Strong understanding of the local property market and buyer behaviour.
  • Competent in campaign execution across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Sales Execution & Lead Management – Manage sales process from enquiry to closing, ensuring lead tracking and conversion.
  • Product & Project Positioning – Support the development of compelling project value propositions and selling points.
  • Market & Customer Analysis – Conduct basic market research to understand trends, pricing, and buyer preferences.

Mindset & Behaviours

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.

Qualification and Experience

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in marketing, digital media, or real estate are advantageous.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the property development or real estate sector.
  • Proven experience in supporting or managing property launches, sales galleries, and campaign rollouts.
  • Experience in managing teams or external vendors (e.g., marketing agencies, media partners).
