Salary: RM 5,000 - RM 6,000

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the gym.
• Manage staff schedules and training.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Maintain equipment and facility standards.
• Handle budgeting and financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in gym or fitness management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Sales Executive

Salary: RM 2,500 - RM 3,000 (excluding commissions)

Responsibilities:

• Drive membership sales and retention.
• Conduct tours and presentations for potential clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with members.
• Assist in promotional events and campaigns.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, preferably in fitness or related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Trainer

Salary: RM 2,000 (excluding commissions)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct personal and group training sessions.
• Create customized fitness plans for clients.
• Monitor and motivate clients during workouts.
• Ensure the safety and proper use of equipment.
• Stay updated on fitness trends and techniques.

Requirements:

• Certification in personal training or related field.
• Strong knowledge of fitness and nutrition.
• Excellent motivational and communication skills.
