Manager, Sales & Marketing - Urgent Hiring

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote industrial properties, to oversee another Mixed-Use Development Project (Commercial and Service Apartments) in Shah Alam or vacant land in the Klang Valley region.
• Identify potential clients and cultivate relationships to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, pricing, and competition in the industrial property and land market.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials and campaigns to showcase properties effectively.
• Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, zoning laws, and market conditions affecting industrial property and land sales.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignment and any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably with Mixed-Use Development (Commercial & Service Apartment) in industrial property or land sales in the Klang Valley area.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent understanding of the real estate market dynamics and trends in the Klang Valley region.
• Ability to think strategically and develop innovative sales and marketing strategies.
• Highly motivated, result-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the Klang Valley area as needed.
