Manager/ Senior Manager (Student Aids) - Opportunity to Make a Difference

Responsibilities:

• To manage and oversee all financial aid processes for awarding student aids, loans and scholarship packages. To ensure that students are informed about their eligibility for financial aid, and for the timely and effective awarding of financial aid.
• To apply current laws and regulations, tertiary-related policies and regulations and other statutory regulations relating to the delivery of student financial aid/ assistance.
• To be involved/ participate in marketing campaigns to raise awareness of the financial aid programmes.
• To contribute/ involved in developing financial aid strategies within statutory framework or related regulations, and student administer financial aids and scholarships.

Requirements:

• A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of loan products, lending processes, and financial regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience in loan sales, financial services, or banking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
