As a CRM Architect, you’ll be considered a learned professional that applies your subject matter expertise to design and implement CRM solutions for our clients across all phases of Avanade’s projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of full SDLC of CRM solutions to clients, often across workstreams. You will have the ability to scale across projects as capacity allows. Additionally, you will be responsible for translating high-level strategy into more localized strategy and operational objectives for your team(s). You will be responsible for working with Client Stakeholders to set the vision, technical direction, and solution shaping of their Microsoft CRM technology stack. This role provides the opportunity to work for Microsoft’s #1 partner, with an unrivaled focus on personal development and training in both technology and softer consulting skills. 

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Delivery

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Define scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures aligned with business goals and enterprise standards.
  • Produce key technical and functional documentations
  • Oversee full project lifecycle—from discovery and presales through implementation and Go Live.

Technical Leadership

  • Provide hands-on leadership in development, integration, and deployment activities.
  • Manage cross-functional teams (20+ members) across multiple regions.
  • Drive Agile delivery, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and execution.
  • Serve as escalation point for technical challenges, risks, and architectural decisions.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

  • Facilitate discovery workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to align technology strategies with business outcomes.
  • Support presales by defining solution scope, architecture, and proof-of-concepts.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive adoption of modern technologies, cloud platforms, and automation frameworks.
  • Design reusable components such as API frameworks, reverse proxy engines, and integration layers.
  • Promote best practices in DevOps, solution governance, and performance optimization.

Skills & Experiences

  • Min Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or relevant Majors
  • 12+ Years of experiences within Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and its first-party applications and the Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Power Automate Flow)
    • Ability to understand large, complex CRM / Power Platform solutions and the business benefits they deliver
    • Experience working in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, Azure (PaaS, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, etc.),
    • Understanding of Relational (SQL) and non-relational databases, experienced in Microsoft .NET Full Stack Development, Front-End Development with HTML, JavaScript, and known JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
  • Technically sound in Architecture & Delivery, including Enterprise Solution Architecture, End-to-End Solution Design, System Integration & Data Migration, Agile / Scrum Delivery Management, Technical Documentation & Governance
  • Leadership & Collaboration - Technical Team Leadership +15 Members, Cross-regional Team Coordination (Malaysia, Singapore, etc.) Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication, Presales, Discovery Workshops & PoC Leadership, Consulting with external clients on complex projects, including in leadership roles, Working with global teams on CRM technology implementation and maintenance projects
