Job Responsibilities:

As a Management Trainee, you will be trained to handle full Bakery/F&B Operations which includes performing front-of-house and back-of-house duties, customer relations, people management, product quality assurance, cost control, and budget planning.

Our Management Trainee Programme will train you to become a professional in Bakery/F&B operations and once you mastered the skillset, you will be given management responsibility and further training to prepare you higher management level.

Management Trainee Programme :   ( Service Crew / Baker )

• 6 months training - Service Crew
• 3 months training - Supervisor
• 3 months training – Acting branch manager

Job Requirements:

• Degree Holder in any field 
• Fresh graduate candidates are welcomed to apply
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holiday (6 days work week)
