Penerangan Pekerjaan - Manager/Assistant Manager, Administrations - Unlimited Growth Potential

We are desiring to recruit a hardworking Manager/Assistant Manager, Administrations to join our exceptional team at S L NG Group of Companies in Johor Bahru, Johor.

Responsibilities:

  • To oversees a company's administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies, PPE, and the purchasing of material with attention to budgetary constraints.
  • Manage total group overall procurement functions such as sourcing quotations, compare pricing, purchase orders and GRN issuance.
  • Manage group insurance (general, vehicles, stock, staff) renewal & claims.
  • Manage tenancy agreement/renewal for company’s premises.
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
  • Facilities management for companies’ premises including utilities, maintenance, hygiene, security & alarm systems.
  • To monitor monthly road tax renewal, PUSPAKOM renewal/inspection for companies’ vehicles.
  • Renewal of business and related licenses (rice, sugar & medical product).
  • Organize and supervise any office activities assigned ad-hoc projects.
  • Staff engagement activities such as social events, wellness initiatives & CSR.

 

Requirements:

  • The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Postgraduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resources or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of managerial experience in HR/ Office Admin is required for this position.
  • Working experience in FMCG/ Warehousing/ Procurement is an additional advantage. 
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa. Good command in spoken Mandarin is an additional advantage.
  • Able to work in a challenging and fast paced working environment.
  • Strong prioritizing skills, results driven and good analytical mindset.
  • Able to work well under tight deadlines.
  • Must be flexible.
  • Highly committed and motivated to perform.
  • Able to travel to Johor Bahru, Melaka, Selangor.
  • Full-Time position.
