Responsibilities:
- Assist in evaluating potential acquisition and development of real estate projects.
- Perform detailed financial models, including developing sensitivity analysis for projects, investment/divestment proposals and presentation decks.
- Conduct due diligence and market research for acquisitions and development projects.
- Work closely with onshore asset and property managers on matters including reporting and asset management to optimise portfolio income.
- Coordinate with external advisors on legal, tax, technical and financial due diligence matters.
- Assist in capital raising efforts and preparing investor pitchbooks.
- Monitor and analyse real estate markets with a focus on Malaysia and Singapore.
Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate, Accountancy, Finance, Business or equivalent.
- 5 years or more of real estate industry experience, preferably at a real estate developer, investment manager, REIT or private fund.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Meticulous, resourceful and has strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Good organisational skills and knowledge to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a team-oriented environment.
