Manager/Asst Manager, Sales & Marketing - with Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities:

You will play an important role in:

• Overseeing, leading and monitoring the sales and marketing team’s performance to ensure achievement of sales target.
• Preparing marketing proposal for new project launches.
• Planning suitable marketing activities/programs to increase visibility and reach.
• Monitoring and submitting the Statutory reports/surveys on timely basis.
• Planning and monitoring monthly & quarterly marketing budget/expenses.
• Tracking and managing sales movement and conversion.
• Liaising with all stakeholders to smoothen the Sales & Marketing  operations.
• Ensuring compliance to Company's policies & procedures as all times.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must posses:

• At least a Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in similar position in property development industry, preferably with Managerial experience.
• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Pleasant personality, able to interact effectively.
• Ability to lead sales & marketing team.
• Knowledge in IFCA D’ Developer system and credit administration would be an added advantage.
• Possess own transport.
• Based in Penang
