Manager/Senior Manager – Property Development (Industrial Park) - Start Immediately

Requirements:

• This is a senior position, candidate expected to take lead in the Industrial Park Development
• As a primary requirement, only candidate with relevant experiences with proven track record in developing a large Industrial Park required to apply.   
• Candidates without senior manager experiences but with proven track record in developing Industrial Park are encouraged to apply. 
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree holder in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Well verse in the Street, Drainage and Building Act (1974), by-laws and regulatory requirements.
• Analytical and possessed strong knowledge in Technical / Building Infrastructure, implementation and product quality improvement trends.
• At least 10 year(s) similar working experience in industrial park development.
• Preferably with experience in industrial buildings e.g factories, production facilities, processing plants etc
• High level of integrity, well organized and work with assertiveness.
• Possess site coordination experience, problem solving skills, and ability to interpret drawings.
• Ability to work independently and good communication skills.
• Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia 
• Professional Engineer (PE) qualification from the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) will be an added advantage. However, candidates without (PE) but with adequate relevant experience will also be considered.
• Knowledge and experience in project scheduling, budgeting, delegation of responsibilities, interaction with sub-contractors and clients, plan reviews, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare feasibility study, cash flow projection and analysis.
• Responsible on managing project development and cost estimation, project planning, scheduling and track timeliness and milestones.
• To develop and deliver fortnightly progress reports, proposals, variation orders, documentation and presentations.
• Responsible for set-up and pre-construction activities are carried out as per construction schedule.
• To monitor, conduct inspection control and ensure quality control is carried out as preconstruction drawings and specifications.
• To organize and coordinate all site matters with various contractors, consultants and relevant authorities. (technical and non-technical)
• To monitor the progress of construction site and responsible for timely completion for every stage of construction works as per work schedule.
• To carry out joint inspection, monitor processes, modification, and variation and conduct final inspection with consultants’ representative in accordance to contract specifications / drawings/ inspection and test plan.
• Ensure that all facilities are constructed in compliance with Health & Safety statutory regulations.
• Liaise with local agencies and authorities to follow up on approval.
