Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Entry Level) – Mandarin & Cantonese Speaker

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates and entry-level candidates who are looking to start their career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
• Collaborate with internal teams when escalation is required

Requirements:

• Candidate must be able to communicate both in Mandarin & Cantonese
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be locally based (no relocation support provided)
• For expat candidates, a Bachelor’s Degree is required to process Employment Pass (EP)

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM
• Rotational Morning and Afternoon Shifts
• 5 working days, 2 days off
