Position: Customer Sales Operations Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) - Order Management Role
Experience: 3 – 5 years
Location: Seberang Perai Selatan, Bandar Cassia, Pulau Pinang
Work Mode: Full-time, Office Mode
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Normal Office Hours
Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to RM 6,500 (Negotiable based on experience and current salary)
Industry: Semiconductor Manufacturing

Job description:

As a Customer Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for interacting with our customer base to maintain and grow customer relationships. It will be necessary for you to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure market share and sales plan goals are met, while considering Company’s best interest. In Order Management Organization, we aim to make the order process as efficient as possible and ensure we take full ownership and responsibility for solving any customer issues. This will require you to build and maintain a network of contacts with internal teams to help support and ultimately provide an exceptional experience for customers. As a Customer Sales Operations Specialist, you will achieve this by continually striving towards our Global Order Management Organization’s Mission; “Enable company to be the top supplier for our customers by effectively orchestrating customer communication and orders from inception to fulfillment and managing the people, processes and data connected to the order as it moves throughout the lifecycle”.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Provide sales support with a focus on order management
  • Coordinate with manufacturing teams to align production schedules
  • Maintain accurate order records and handle customer inquiries

Qualifications:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in Order Management or Sales Support
  • Background in manufacturing companies, preferably in Penang
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English

Benefits:

  • Medical: In-patient up to 80K USD, Out-patient up to 250 USD
  • Optical: Up to 120 USD (after 1 year)
  • Dental: Up to 500 USD (after 3 months)
  • Leave: 10 days annual leave (first 2 years), 12 days (after 2 years)
  • Medical Leave: 14 days
  • Bereavement Leave: 3 working days
  • Maternity Leave: 98 consecutive days
  • Paternity Leave: 7 days
