Mandarin Speaker Business Development Manager - UP TO RM 4,000

Job Responsibility

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and research.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Manage client accounts and ensure they remain satisfied.
• Understand client needs and offer solutions and support; answer potential client questions and follow-up call question
• Create and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
• Work closely with the marketing and product development departments to align strategies aimed at increasing sales.
• Cold calling or emailing; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Possess on transportation

• Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience doing business development, sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Have experience working in education/knowledge in training line
• This position will require travel to meet with clients, attend conferences, or other business related events.
• Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm

• Basic salary up to RM4,000 with commission package
