Penerangan Pekerjaan - Mandarin Speaking Customer Support Executive Payment Support

Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Payment Support (Mandarin Speaker)

We are currently looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our Payment Support Team based on-site in Kuala Lumpur. This role is ideal for candidates with prior customer service experience and a background in KYC, financial services, or banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer support related to payment inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with transaction issues, payment status, account verification, and service requests
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
  • Support KYC verification processes and ensure compliance with internal procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Risk, Compliance, and Operations when required
  • Deliver excellent customer experience while meeting service KPIs

Requirements:

  • Mandarin speaker with strong communication skills
  • Prior Customer Service experience required (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • KYC / Financial / Banking experience is a must
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer literacy and system navigation skills
  • Willing to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur

Working Schedule:

  • Rotational Shift 24/7
  • 5 working days, 2 days off
