As a Manufacturing Automation Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance and support to clients in the manufacturing industry, helping them optimize their processes through automation solutions. Your responsibilities will span from analyzing client needs to implementing and supporting software solutions that seamlessly integrate with their hardware infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage closely with clients to grasp their manufacturing processes and automation needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint automation opportunities and process enhancements.
• Leading product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our manufacturing  automation solutions, effectively articulating how they address client challenges and contribute to business success.
• Working closely with sales to develop customized proposals and solutions that align with client needs and demonstrate clear value propositions, ultimately contributing to increased sales revenue.
• Leading the implementation process, ensuring seamless configuration and deployment of manufacturing solutions according to client specifications, ultimately contributing to customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Monitoring project progress, proactively identifying and addressing challenges or roadblocks, and conducting thorough post-implementation reviews to ensure solution effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Cultivate strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in consulting or technical advisory roles, preferably in the manufacturing or automation industry
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation technologies, and software systems.
• Proficiency in software development methodologies and tools, with experience in customizing and implementing software solutions.
• Experience in deploying and maintaining systems like ERP/MES, Shop Floor, Low-Code Platforms, etc.
• Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g., VB.NET, C#) for customisation and automation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
• Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to address complex technical issues.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
