Manufacturing Engineering Director - Continuous Learning Opportunities

Summary:

• End to end responsibility for  engineering functions (process, equipment, test). Acts as the link to all other site functions as well as R&D, product engineering and marketing etc.
• Develops, implements and maintains strategies to ensure every product leaving the PG factory is a good product and that all processes and tools used to make these products are always in control.
• Collaborates closely with R&D and product management / engineering on all matters of NPI and Change Management.
• In collaboration with the site leadership team develops and manages programs for meeting targets and improving production performance in support of the business goals of safety / EHS, quality, yield, cost, delivery and time-to-market.
• Responsible for the selection, training and development of Managers/ supervisors and all engineers in the engineering organization.
• Leads a team of engineers and engineering managers and technicians, is able to educate, train and coach at all levels.

Requirement : 

1. Minimum 10 years of related Engineering and Management experience.

2. Expert in standard engineering management tools.

3. Ability to lead and coach at all levels and collaborate well across boundaries with local and globally.
