Manufacturing Supervisor - Exciting Challenge

 Safety, Health, Environment 

-Understand and implement company safety policies and procedures, enforce safe behavior and identify unsafe condition. Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines. Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity.

-To perform checking and monitoring of the machine on daily basis. Inform immediately to superior in case any abnormal incident happens.

Quality ( Q )

- Implement a strategic planning process in an organization’s Quality Management System approach. Analyze and evaluate the needs of internal / external customers to determine the best approach to meet their needs.

-Responsible to detect and record any abnormalities in the production and take necessary remedial actions.

-Identify and solve minor problems related to production. At the same times, ensure quality and quantity of the product are achieved.

- Ensure the quality level of the products by regular checking against specifications and performing the necessary process adjustments together with supporting operation units.

-Responding to any customer complaints or queries in a fast efficient and concise manner.

-To verify production and maintenance data captured by operators on a daily basis.

- Support and improve information flow across functional units and towards group functions by working in efficient workgroups to achieve improved delivery service.

-Responsible for plant daily operation and coordinate job given by superior during day / night shift.

-Organize and coordinate the work of the shift team and maintain housekeeping according to set standards.

Cost ( C )

-Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.

- Preparing daily shift reports, ensure resources are properly allocated and maximize plant efficiency

Deliverables ( D )

-Replenish and prepare raw materials for the machine according to standard operating procedures.

-Support-t organizations in work improvement by providing support in daily plant operation and to coordinate development in the plant operation units by continually coaching, initiating and implementing continuous improvement initiatives based on lean principles, leading to higher efficiency and delivery performance.

-Coordinate, reporting, benchmarking, innovation process rollouts by working as a coordinator and establishing stretch targets for the organization to improve the Overall Equipment Efficiency, OEE.

-Complete all required documentation and data files during production ( Logbook, Production Data, Material Requisition, Reject Material Note, Finish Good Return, etc).

People Management ( M )

- Lead Shift Meeting and participate in Daily Shift Operation Meeting.

-Track staffing requirements, ensure optimum staffing levels.

-Conduct appraisal discussions with team members. Perform bi-annual performance review.

-Conduct conflict solving to assist employees in identifying and thinking through difficult conflicts in the workplace, and helping them determine which are appropriate for handling through alternative means.

- Determines training needs and requirements for an organization. Plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths.

-To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
