Manufacturing Trainee - Rewarding Work

It is the latest training program for the LSChem group to prepare entry-level engineers for our new plant in Pasir Gudang, Johor. The accepted trainee will be trained locally for all chemical manufacturing functions within the company, which include but not limited to: Lab Testing, Product Development, Manufacturing Process, DCS Supervision, Equipment Maintenance, etc.

Mandarin and English are required as the training will be conducted in these languages. We welcome both fresh graduates and experienced workers to apply.

• Candidates with a bachelor's degree and up will be considered for the manufacturing trainee role
• Candidates without bachelor's degrees will be considered for the operator trainee role

• Oversea training option open at Zhuhai, China, subject to the company's approval

• *Shift-based working schedule is compulsory. Each Shift is 8 hours.
• Morning = 8 AM- 4 PM
• Evening = 4 PM -12 PM
• Night = 12 AM - 8 AM

• 12 Days Working Loop: 3 Morning =》 3 Evening =》3 Night =》3 Resting Days

• Fresh graduate (Degree) starting Salary 135 RM/ Working Day
• Night Shift Allowance 80 RM per Night Shift
• Loyalty Allowance 25 RM/ Working Day (2-years employment bond embedded)
• Total Package 4666 RM per month (25 days)
