MARCOM Manager - Hospitality Division - Start Immediately

The incumbent must have previous Hospitality MARCOM exposure.  

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and management of our range of MARCOM strategies targeting media and audience engagement.
• Create, develop, manage content and copywrites for JSK Hospitality Division's MARCOM initiatives.
• Maintain consistent content, look, and feel throughout all JSK Hospitality Division's MARCOM initiatives.
• Work with cross-departmental teams to maintain and develop the master content for all JSK Hospitality Division's MARCOM initiatives. Maintains solid relationships with relevant agencies, authorities, press, and related.
• Responsible for developing corporate promotions and communications liaising with other departments and the Management Team.
• Develop relevant social media initiatives to support and expand our digital presence. Prior exposure to social media (e.g. Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, etc) is a prerequisite.  Mandarin copywriting essential.
• Responsible for the preparation and drafting of various communications media (email, social media, blogs, etc.) including, but not limited to, corporate announcements, press releases, and related.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Communication, Public Relations, MARCOM, or equivalent.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team with at least 8 years of experience managing content and publication.
• Exposure to previous Hospitality MARCOM exposure is a prerequisite.
