We are seeking a Marketing & Admin Executive who will be a pivotal force in optimizing our sales strategy and enhancing customer engagement. The role encompasses various aspects of sales enablement and marketing communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating visually appealing blog cover images.
- Support SEO initiatives by managing the uploading process of blog content onto the website.
- Crafting engaging and impactful social media posts.
- Create and maintain sales collateral, such as eBooks, banners, flyers and presentation slides.
- Translation of English blogs to Chinese versions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless alignment on messaging, branding, and collaborative efforts for lead generation.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma / Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in marketing, sales operations, or a related field.
- Proficient in using software tools such as Canva, PowerPoint to create visually compelling marketing materials and presentations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong team player and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of providing excellent client service and managing diverse teams.
- Experience in SEO content writing will be highly preferred.
