Marketing & Admission Executive - Exciting Challenge

Job Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing: Utilize various digital platforms such as social media, email marketing, and website optimization to enhance the school's online presence. Create engaging content, manage social media accounts, and execute digital advertising campaigns to attract attention and generate leads.
Offline Marketing Initiatives: Coordinate offline marketing initiatives such as print advertisements, community events, and school fairs to increase visibility and engagement within the local community.
Admissions Process Management: Provide assistance and guidance to applicants throughout the application process, including completing forms, scheduling interviews, and coordinating entrance exams.
Prospective Student Outreach: Proactively engage with prospective students and parents through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Address inquiries, provide information about the school's programs and offerings, and offer personalized guidance to help applicants make informed decisions.
Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders: Work closely with school administrators, faculty members, and other departments to align marketing efforts with the school's overall goals and objectives. Collaborate on initiatives such as open houses, campus tours, and recruitment events to showcase the school's strengths and values.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate records of prospective student interactions and admissions-related activities using a CRM system. Track applicant progress, follow up on leads, and nurture relationships with prospective families to enhance enrollment conversion rates.
Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute recruitment events, orientation sessions, and other admissions-related activities to engage with prospective students and facilitate their transition into the school community.
