Role Summary
The incumbent is responsible to define, improve, update and execute a marketing and communication plan dedicated to each of our business segment.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Macro\-economic &market Trend:
\- Analyze Macro\-eco of the country and provide relevant report
\- Analyzing Megatrend and trend of our industry per segment in the country and provide relevant report
\- Industry segment Landscape Analysis (competitors /trend/evolution of trend) Yearly marketing plan for each business segment which include
\- Comprehensive list of Internal & external communication tools
\- Pricing
\- Comprehensive products roadmap launching and updates
\- Comprehensive Event & Marketing Action roadmap Pricing:
\- Analyze pricing position of the industry and provide framework for price adaptation
2. Yearly budget processes and monthly marketing plan review
3. Coordinate and partner with existing stakeholder :
\- Internal stakeholder : Sales managers and team & Technical support Finance & Operations teams External Stakeholder Customers Event organizer Relevant association & Influential body
4. Build competences on communication including digital communication :
\- External communication
\- Social media communication
\- Website
\- Customer experience
5. Additional responsibilities as and when instructed by the management.
EMS and OHSMS Responsibility:
· Understand, implement, and uphold company's Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Policies and Management Systems.
· Communicate and report environmental and occupational health & safety matters to the Superior / MR / EHS Officer.
· Know actions to be taken in any normal, abnormal, and emergency situations related to Company's environmental and health & safety situation.
· Attend, participate, and give support for activities related to environment and health & safety such as training, environmental and health & safety program, and audits.
· Understand the environmental and health & safety risks of their work and their responsibility to control and mitigate them.
· Conserve natural resources by conservation of water, energy, and paper.
· Maintain good environmental, health and safety (including housekeeping) aspects at own work area and ensure compliance with known standard Regulatory Laws and Acts of the Government and other requirements.
· Participate in the company's QMS, EMS and OHSMS activities as and when required.
Role Requirements
· Bachelorâs degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
· Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field or equivalent industry
. Proven experience in marketing and communications roles, including campaign management and digital marketing
· Experience managing a team is preferred
. This role require to communicate with other language speaking customers
. Required own transport and travel outstation
Working hours:
Mon to Fri 8.30am \- 5.30pm
