Marketing and Planning Executive (Property Management) - Hiring Urgently

Job Scope/ Job Responsibilities:

• To promote, develop and establish Company’s brand through various social media, mass media, digital channels in order to increase brand awareness in residential group.
• To develop and maintain an active social media channel with creative and innovative contents, messages for the company’s brand.
• Planning a series of strategic campaigns / activities’ in monthly / quarterly / seasonal / annually according to the residential needs
• Organize a community events or campaigns to promote the property management company, build a relationship with the residential group.
• Drafting ideal artwork and contents for property management brochures, posters, banners, booklet, notice board and etc.
• Responsible and liaise with event media authorities regarding any events or campaigns for property management.
• Manage costs budgeting for every events or activities planned.
• Work closely with the team in planning for residential activities.
• Prepare, edit and designing the PowerPoint work report.
• Performs ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Superior / Manager in timely manner.
• 5.5 working days (work full day on alternative Saturday) 

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Mass Communication, Marketing and other related fields.
• Minimum 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Excellent and proficient skills in editing software such as AI , adobe photoshop, design PowerPoint presentation skills, Microsoft Office & Excel, editing skills and etc
• Possess strong interpersonal communication skills, an active personality and an innovative thinker.
• Able to work independently and manage to work under stress.
• Required language: English & Mandarin; Mandarin speaker will be added advantage.
