Marin Selatan Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team. We are looking for individuals experienced in marketing who can bring their expertise to the table. While a diploma or degree in marketing or a related field is preferred, we also welcome applicants with relevant experience and a strong understanding of marketing principles. While prior experience in the maritime market is not necessary, it would be considered an advantage as it aligns with our industry focus. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies, aligned with the company's overall objectives.

2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and ensure a competitive edge.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, email marketing, and events which are consistent with the company’s brand identity.

4. Utilize SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility and drive traffic to our digital platforms.

5. Craft messaging that resonates with target audiences and communicates the unique value proposition of our products/services.

6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

7. Responsible for maintaining customer relationships, tracking sales data, and creating performance reports.

8. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices.

9. Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and return on investment (ROI) for management review.

10. Assist in the development and execution of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website content, and other collateral.

11. Support the sales team by providing marketing insights, tools, and collateral to facilitate lead generation and conversion.

12. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and foster business relationships.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

2. Proven experience in marketing roles, with a solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.

3. Experience in the maritime market is an advantage, showcasing familiarity with shipping, logistics, or maritime services.

4. Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.

5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

8. Self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
