About the role

A marketing assistant is a forefront of the brand's digital presence, generating engaging content for social media platforms and assisting in promotional planning. With a focus on content creation, social media management, and collaborative campaign execution. This role plays a vital role in driving brand awareness and customer engagement.  

Major Responsibilities

• Create engaging and relevant content for Facebook (FB) and Xiao Hong Shu to increase brand awareness and engagement. 
• Edit videos to create a captivating and visually appealing content for marketing campaigns and promotions.   
• Schedule and post content regularly, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding. 
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the online community. 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities for outlets. 
• Brainstorm ideas for seasonal promotions, events, and campaigns to drive leads and sales. 
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to implement promotional initiatives effectively. 

Secondary Responsibilities

• Use Canva to design graphics, banners, and other visual assets for social media posts and promotional materials. 
• Manage and optimize Facebook ads to reach target audiences and drive traffic to the outlets. 
• Monitor ad performance, analyze metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. 
• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing. 
• Proficiency in video editing using Capcut and designing using Canva.
