Marketing Job Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to strengthen the business’s positioning.
• Devise and implement effective in-store promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
• Monitor and analyse the success of in-store promotions, adjusting strategies as needed
• Develop and implement customer loyalty program strategy and integration Manage loyalty rewards platform
• Oversee consumer data management and build strategies for profiling and manipulation, enhance the customer journey and create campaigns that support the loyalty program
• Develop and implement social media strategies to promote events, in-store promotions, and overall brand awareness.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, sales and operations, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Develop and manage budgets for marketing initiatives, events, and promotions. Ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI for all marketing expenditures.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing/Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years and above of working experience in the related field.
• Previous experience in the retail industry is a significant advantage.
• Previous experience in E-commerce will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia in both spoken and written communication.
• Strong presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies.
