Job Description
- Assist with copywriting and proofreading
- Assist in research and analytics for implementing advertising plans to increase awareness of the hotels
- Traffic control for all incoming job requisitions and production work
- Creating Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Digitization and maintenance of Stock Library Archives
- Assisting in building and maintaining a mutually beneficial relationship with the Media through constant interaction which includes issuing of press releases
- Supervise social media platforms for hotels and at the corporate office.
- Source and manage vendors for quotations and production schedules
- Liaise with all hotels for necessary information required by the department
- Perform regular departmental administrative duties, including the processing of purchase requisitions/orders

Requirements
- Experience in related fields such as Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Copywriting, Design, etc, is an added advantage
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Hospitality, Journalism, Creative Writing, Advertising, Public Relations, or Mass Communications
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Any other spoken language would be an added advantage
- Can handle multiple projects.
- Has a keen eye for detail and high emotional intelligence
- Ability to work independently, be resourceful, people-oriented, and have strong interpersonal skills
- Familiar and competence with standard office suite software
