Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop quality content for various marketing channels including website, social media, email campaigns, case studies, and more.
• Copywriting: Write clear, concise, and compelling copy that effectively communicates our brand message, product features, and benefits.
• Design Collaboration: Work closely with designers to conceptualize and create visually appealing content that aligns with brand guidelines and enhances user experience.
• Content Strategy Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute ideas and insights for content strategy development and campaign planning.
• SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to our digital properties.
• Content Calendar Management: Assist in the development and maintenance of a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives using analytics tools, and leverage insights to optimize future content strategies.
• Content Governance: Ensure all content meets quality standards, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer success to drive the strategic approach to content on digital platforms, aligned with the Group’s business goals

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or related roles.
• Proven track record of creating compelling content across various formats and channels.
• Strong language command in English and Mandarin.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
