Responsibilities: 

The main duties of a Marketing Coordinator include:

• Performing administrative tasks for the Marketing Manager and other team members.
• Developing content, scheduling, and executing EDMs.
• Maintaining a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinating the creation of new materials as needed.
• Planning and managing meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; and developing schedules and assignments.
• Working on marketing projects with the rest of the team.
• Handling social media marketing for the company.
• Having creative involvement in some campaigns and working on creative ideas with the manager.
• Staying updated with marketing trends.
• Performing basic creative design tasks.

About You:

• 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Reading and writing in both English and Chinese is a must.
• Good organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and Mailchimp.
• Knowledge in the FX trading/CFD space is an advantage.
