-Education: At least a diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field of business administration.-Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.-Communication: Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Mandarin and English, along with strong interpersonal abilities.-Bonus: Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.-Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.-Attitude: A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team.-Tech Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office.-Experience: Prior customer service experience is a bonus but not required.
