Marketing cum Graphic Design Executive - Rewarding Work

Roles & Responsibilities

• To develop and execute Business, Marketing and Event Planning.
• To oversee all company’s social media accounts (e.g: Facebook, Mudah.my, Tiktok, Instagram etc)
• To plan and manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising as well as promotional plans and events.
• To coordinate and handle road shows, campaign product launching and other marketing events.
• To expand and develop marketing platforms.
• To work closely with advertising and media agencies / suppliers.
• To create shop concept & branding.
• Responsible for layout and updates to company marketing materials including presentations, brochures, emails, info graphics, corporate templates and website.
• Recommends ideas to increase sales and marketing of products.
• To initiate continuous improvements in terms of sales and marketing initiatives and customer satisfaction.
• To conduct customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
• To develop and implement annual marketing plans and calender for new and existing products.
• To monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.
• To determine the marketing budget and deliver marketing activity within approved budget.
• To prepare and submit Social Media Report daily and any report as when required by the Management.                                               

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Good command of language in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin with added advantage).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
• Able to work independently.
• At least 2year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position
• Knowledge in graphic design software (Photoshop, AI etc)
