Marketing Designer

1. Graphic Design: Create compelling visual content for marketing campaigns, including brochures, flyers, banners, and advertisements. Design digital assets such as social media graphics, email templates, and website visuals.

2. Copywriting: Develop clear and engaging copy for marketing materials, including product descriptions, promotional content, and social media posts. Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all marketing channels.

3. Layout and Presentation: Handle the layout and design of presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure all marketing materials are well-organized, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts that support marketing strategies and campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and external vendors, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

5. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines. Maintain an organized workflow and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

6. Brand Development: Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity. Ensure all design work adheres to brand standards and contributes to a consistent and professional brand image.

7. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and marketing best practices. Conduct market research to understand target audience preferences and incorporate insights into design work.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interface Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design and marketing roles, preferably within the construction or related industry.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint for presentation design.
• Familiarity with web design tools and platforms is a plus.
• Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create clear, compelling, and persuasive content.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work and creative projects.
• Must be proficient in reading and writing Mandarin.
