Marketing / Digital Marketing Executive - Fast Hire

Job Description:

• Oversees the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots, website content, content writing and etc.
• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
• Generating and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok and many more.
• In charge of photo shooting and video shooting to produce various series of engaging photo and video ads for different social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Assumes responsibility for the maintenance and care of photography equipment, ensuring they are always in optimal condition.
• Regularly interacts with marketing managers to receive information and updates about marketing progress and results..
• Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.
• Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
• Organizes and attends company-wide and marketing events.
• Assists in securing access to major media channels and important sponsorships.
• Travels to meet clients and attend conferences, trade shows, industry events, and seminars.
• Adheres to and implements company policies and procedures.
• Working with in-house designers to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines.
• Any others duties as may reasonable be required by the Manager.

Job Requirement:

• College degree or diploma is preferred. Bachelor of marketing in degree is desirable or equivalent. A combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternative.
• Previous working experience working as a Marketing Executive for at least 2-3 years’.
• Language(s): Mandarin. Literacy in English is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
• In-depth knowledge of market research data, data analysis and statistics.
• Must be able to use or proficient in relevant computer applications and marketing sofeware (e.g. Microsoft word, excel, outlook; restaurant specific software including point-of-sale registers and business metric applications).
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator , video shooting and editing
• Good understanding of social platforms and content formats.
• Expert knowledge of camera equipment for video and still photography
• Good in customer service and content writing
• Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
• Excellent communication skills and networking ability.
• Strong organizational, planning skills and time-management abilities.
• Creativity and commercial awareness.
• Analytical data driven problem solver.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
