Responsibilities:

1. Ads Planning & Idea Generation: Develop and implement creative and effective advertising strategies tailored to our target audience. This includes conceptualizing engaging ad ideas, selecting appropriate channels (including but not limited to Google Ads, Social Media platforms, and Programmatic Advertising), and planning budgets to maximize ROI.

2. Continuous Execution & Optimization: Launch campaigns across various digital platforms, closely monitor performance, and make real-time adjustments to ads, targeting, and budget allocation to ensure campaign objectives are met. Implement A/B testing strategies to refine ads and improve performance.

3. Traffic Generation & Sales Conversion: Utilize SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and other digital marketing techniques to drive significant traffic to our website. Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improving website conversion rates and implement strategies to convert visitors into paying customers.

4. Analytics & Reporting: Regularly analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to measure success and ROI. Prepare detailed reports on campaign results, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns.

5. Market Research & Trends: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with the content creation, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all digital platforms.

7. Staying Updated: need to stay informed about industry trends, changes in algorithms on social media platforms, and emerging technologies that may impact their content strategy.

8. Creative Collaboration: Depending on the organization or project, content creators may collaborate with other team members, such as designers, videographers, or subject matter experts, to create high- quality content.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on Ads Planning and Execution to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing innovative ad campaigns, continuously executing strategies, and leveraging their digital marketing expertise to drive traffic to our website and convert it into sales. This role demands a creative thinker with a data-driven approach, aiming to not only attract audiences but also to engage them effectively to achieve our sales targets.

Graphic / Video Designers (optional)

Need to know both photoshops, creatives design, video edit & creation to create banners, post, videos and etc

• To assist team in executing marketing programs.
• To control, monitor and ensure accuracy of marketing budget.
• To conduct market research and monitor competition activity.
• To evaluate marketing campaigns.
• Any other duties as required by management.
• Manage promotional activities to endorse product
• Manage social media to generate interest and monitor activity
• Arranging the effective distribution of marketing material

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
• Min 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
• Creative, result-driven and excellent analytical skills.
• Must possess hands-on experience and strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics and TikTok Business Center.
• Skills in Email Marketing/ Google Analytics/ SEO/ SEM/ Growth Hacking/ Mixpanel/ Flurry/ Split testing etc would be a bonus
• Creative, can-do attitude & energetic
• Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous
• Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office & Microsoft Excel
• Familiar with Social Media Marketing (FB, YT, Tiktok, PPC Network)
• Have knowledge in Black Hat Marketing is a PLUS
