Job Responsibilities 

• Plan, implement and execute marketing activities which deliver on the marketing strategies, aligned to overall strategy of company goals.
• Develop marketing collateral and Point of Sales Material (POSM).
• Working with in-house designers to produce POSM visual within company brand guidelines.
• Assist in executing and monitoring promotion activities
• Explore and identify joint promotion or brand collaboration opportunities.
• Plan and execute the above the line marketing communication from ambassador, brand partnership or KOL.
• Monitor, review, track and report on all sales and marketing activities conducted.
• Collect, compare and analyze market brands marketing activities.
• Handle and respond promptly to all incoming inquiries in relation to sales in a professional and timely manner. 
• Involved in coordinating booking / reservation to all outlets.
• Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns with internal stakeholders. 
• Prepare sales tools kit.
• Assist in any ad hoc marketing projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years working experience
• Proven work experience in Sales or Marketing background
• Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
• Language requirements : Chinese, English & Bahasa Melayu
