Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Technology, Talent Team, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development and Risk Management.

The opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven individual with an ability to work within a team and on his/her own initiative. As a member of the marketing team, he/she will be responsible for the delivery of marketing activities and business outcomes according to the overall marketing strategy and plan. The role would suit a creative and energetic individual who works well in a team environment but will also be able to hit the ground running on a number of solo projects. Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills are essential as well as proven end-to-end project management experience.

Your key responsibilities

• Seamless and timely implementation of marketing initiatives or activities to support the go-to-market strategy, with a core focus on the EY Entrepreneurial programs such as Entrepreneur Of The Year and Entrepreneurial Winning Women


• End-to-end conceptualization and execution of events or projects, including content development, asset creation and logistical support


• Negotiation and management of event or project production cost


• Development and distribution of engaging and informative content for various platforms, including ey.com, paid media, social media and newsletters


• Active participation in brainstorming sessions and contribution of creative ideas to enhance marketing efforts


• Stakeholder (internal and external) management

• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize conflicting workload and support multiple projects


• High level of accuracy and attention to detail


• Good commercial acumen and personal leadership with influencing and consensus-building skills


• Innovative, creative thinkers who are strategic, collaborative and consultative


• Proactive and knows when and how to take initiative

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A minimum 2 years’ experience in brand, marketing and communications expertise. Fresh graduates with a marketing/business degree are encouraged to apply.


• Project planning and management capabilities


• Good communication skills, including writing and editing skills for marketing collateral generation


• Event management experience


• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
