1. Drive Organic Channels
Own the day -to -day execution across social media, email broadcasts, and community hubs.

2. Campaign "Air Traffic Control"
Run the marketing calendar. Manage deadlines, approvals, and publishing schedules.
Coordinate the non -paid rollout for webinars, product launches, and major announcements.
Write clear briefs and act as the crucial link between designers, video editors, and stakeholders to ensure assets drop on time.
3. Marketing Ops & Data Tracking
Keep our digital house clean: manage tracking links, version control, and asset libraries.
Track what matters. Build simple weekly snapshots of reach, engagement, click -through rates, and organic registrations.
Tell us the story behind the numbers: What worked? What flopped? What needs fixing?
4. Community & Cross -Functional Syncs
Be the bridge. Ensure Sales and Student Success teams are perfectly aligned with marketing timelines for smooth handovers.

You will know you're crushing it when campaigns launch without last -minute scrambles, our organic channels show steady, measurable growth, and our reporting is crystal clear.
Experience: 1–3 years in marketing execution, content operations, or campaign management.
The Execution Gene: You are borderline obsessive about planning, meeting deadlines, and following through.
Data -Friendly: You don’t need to be a data scientist, but you aren't allergic to numbers. You know how to pull basic performance metrics.
Clear Communicator: You write solid English and can coordinate vendors and internal teams without creating confusion.
Proactive & Dependable: You don't wait to be chased. If you say it'll get done, it gets done.
Organized: You bring order to chaos, not the other way around.
Coachable & Honest: You absorb feedback rapidly and never cut corners on reporting.
