Marketing Executive - Continuous Learning Opportunities

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, managing and monitoring overall marketing, communication, branding and promotion activities.
• Assist in carrying out overall public relation matters and corporate communications.
• Assist in brand image and sales of outlets through development of effective marketing strategies. 
• Assist in organizing and monitoring the function of customer relationship management.
• Assist in monitoring consistency and compliance of corporate image and branding in line with franchise (brands) requirements.
• Drive operational marketing by executing Advertising & Promotion programs.
• Assist in Special Projects and Ad Hoc Projects  

Manage Marketing Suppliers & Corporate Communication

• Partake in negotiations with media agents to secure agreements for translation of materials into other form of media.
• Assist in development of promotional material including marketing collateral and print copies.
• Assist in ensuring marketing materials, including leaflets, flyers, buntings and posters are prepared according to the approved specification requirements.
• Assist in ensuring internal and external communications system are in place and carried out professionally and according to brand requirements.
• Assist in monitoring and managing the public relations activities and ensure the standard operating procedures are in place based on brand/franchise requirements.

Manage Networking

• Assist in carrying out marketing strategies to increase product and service awareness and to promote goodwill. 
• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of community, consumers, and employees.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Assist in designing and implementing prospective client contact systems.
• Assist in organizing and rollout special marketing events to mine relevant data on customers’ profile and ultimately build a robust CRM database.
• Provide support in conducting customer satisfaction survey in order to gain information on customer needs and overall satisfaction level.
• Monitor customer feedback and complaints and channel to relevant stakeholders for resolution.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communications or other relevant professional certification such as CIM.
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of working experiences in marketing and/or promotion role.
• Exposure with F&B or retail related business coupled with advertising client servicing background in advertising firms is a plus.
• Familiar with the development of end-to-end marketing plan and rollout.
• Possess good written and spoken English.
• Detail-oriented, mature, with excellent analytical & quantitative skills
• Team player with good negotiation, interpersonal & presentation skills
• Possess enthusiasm in learning and keen to get feedback for improvement.
• May require to work during weekends and public holidays for promotion events.
