Marketing Executive - Continuous Learning Opportunities

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns for real estate projects, ensuring content resonates with the target audience across various platforms.
• Plan, organize, and manage real estate events, such as open houses, property tours, and promotional gatherings, to boost brand visibility and attract potential clients.
• Craft compelling marketing content in both English and Mandarin for online and offline channels. Analyze the effectiveness of marketing materials and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Work closely with the sales and design teams to ensure marketing strategies align with sales goals and company branding, creating a cohesive and impactful marketing approach.
• Keep abreast of the latest market trends, industry news, and competitor activities in real estate. Use this information to inform and improve marketing strategies for the company's success.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communication, media and relevant field.
• Candidate must have at least 2 years of proven experience in marketing or brand management within the real estate sector, with a solid understanding of the industry's dynamics and trends.
• Strong communication skills in both Mandarin, English and Malay, with the ability to create and present content in 3 languages. Fluency in Mandarin is considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with popular social media platforms and digital marketing tools, with the ability to leverage these resources to drive engagement and brand visibility.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically in developing marketing campaigns and events that resonate with the target audience and support business objectives.
• Candidate who possess own transport is an added advantage.
