Marketing Executive cum Social Media - Rewarding Work

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Operation and Design Team to ensure both online and offline marketing strategies are well aligned and executed.
• Always be alert on public feedback/ complaints/ conversations surrounding the brand that are taking place in the public sphere, and bring to the team and Superiors’ attention.
• Ensuring consistency of message across multiple networks.
• Conduct market analysis on trends and competitors, comprehend consumer needs to develop corresponding market strategies.
• Assist in publicity, marketing plans and strategies.
• Utilize data analysis tools and metrics to oversee market performance, assess the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust market strategies accordingly.
• Mobile app maintenance and updates.
• Create and optimize content for social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, XHS, etc.
• Other tasks assigned by Superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualifications
• Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint 
• Self-motivated, well organized and responsible
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good knowledge and passionate about Social Media Platforms & Digital Marketing
• Good team player and able to work well with others
• Able to start work in short notice would be an advantage
