Marketing Executive - Hiring Urgently

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Roles and responsibilities may include a variety of duties including, but not limited to:

• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies;
• Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (website, social media, etc.), roadshows, and promotional events;
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures;
• Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication;
• Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material, etc.);
• Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities;
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance;
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in areas of Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent graduate-level degree. Coursework in Branding, Advertising, and Creative Design is helpful.
• Required at least 2 years of working experience in the FMCG/Retail industry.
• Industrial knowledge in creating and running successful marketing campaigns and strategies, as well as online marketing and social media strategy is advantageous.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities;
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines;
• Able to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
