Purpose of role:
This position will play a vital role in supporting marketing, trade marketing and education-related activities within the organization to drive efficiency & capability of the function to support both Malaysia and Singapore markets.
This is a 6-months contract role.
Responsibilities include:
Reporting
• Monthly trade campaign execution tracker update
• Monthly competitor and pricing reports preparation
• Monthly Sales Bulletin materials update & maintenance
• Monthly tracking of all marketing activities and updating into country report
Campaign Activation Support
• Retailer mailer & digital post artwork development MYSG.
• POSM artwork adaptation & structure development.
• New Store or Renovation store dress up coordination & inspection.
Social media
• Comment and check on SocMed postings (MY and SG)
• Prepare all marketing materials and documents for local authority application (KKLIU) and work closely with regs
• Liaisons with agency and regs team to ensure the postings are compliant
Website
• Assist to liaison with vendor for updating and maintain the website
• Provide info on new product updates
• Maintaining & updating T&C for all marketing activities
• Any amendments needed for the site
Education programs (CMEd and BeCertified)
• Managing CMEd registrations and payments & arranging Masterclass sessions
• Managing all promotional materials
• Sending EDM, reminders, reporting to learners and key stakeholders
• Reviewing BeCertified program modules material/ content
• Handle all technical issues and general enquiries on the programs
Events & sponsorships
• Arranging consultants for health test requests and payments planning
• Updating reports for no of consults and sales figures
• Planning on ad-hoc events (health events, hospitals, universities)
Training
• In-store & online training (NPD and full product training)
• Induction training for new staffs
• Prepare slides and conduct training for monthly bite size training to product advisors and sales team
