Key Responsibilities -Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies.-Contribute to the development of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.-Execute and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring brand consistency and message effectiveness.-Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.-Analyze marketing data and key performance indicators to refine strategies and enhance campaign performance.-Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.-Utilize SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility and drive traffic to our digital platforms.-Craft messaging that resonates with target audiences and communicates the unique value proposition of our products/services.-Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.-Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers.-Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics.-Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.-Manage marketing budgets effectively, optimizing spending for maximum impact and ROI.-Evaluate and negotiate contracts with external vendors and partners.Qualifications-Preferred mandarin speaker-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.-2 - 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a strategic capacity.-Proven track record of successful campaign management and execution.-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.-Familiarity with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
