Marketing Executive (Property Developer) - Professional Development Opportunities

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise and work closely with authority, media, advertising agency, marketing agents, bankers, lawyers and supplier to ensure successful running of the marketing activities and implemented within stipulated deadline to drive sales of property
• Advise on forthcoming product developments and provide feasibility study to management; (including market updates, indicative pricing, breakeven analysis, development phasing and timing and strategies to maximize project potential value)
• Identify the development concept/theme and proposing the ideal unit mix.
• Provide input for the show flat, promotional campaign and propose the sales and marketing strategy including pricing, package and sales execution
• Create, manage, monitor, innovate and enhance the company's website, all social media channels
• Design marketing collaterals such as DM , EDM, posters, social media postings, etc
• Manage the production of marketing materials, posters, flyers, bunting, hoarding, signage, etc
• To perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Strong understanding the entire sales and administration process in order to develop better sales and marketing execution
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (Graphic application including Photoshop & Illustrator or any relevant design software for DM/EDM/Advertisement/Brochure/etc is an added advantage)
