Job Responsibilities
- Planning digital marketing campaigns and content writing, including social media and display marketing
- Collaborate closely with marketing, category and agency in the ideation and execution of media strategy for the campaigns to achieve business & campaign-specific objectives.
- Update content across various social media channels
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, KOL and partners to ensure effective execution of digital marketing initiatives.
- Work with designers and agencies to prepare visuals for digital contents
- Follow industry-related news & generate ideas around trending topics, identify gaps and opportunities & suggest new topics and formats to further optimize campaigns.
- Plan & produce visually appealing content, including images, videos, and interactive media, to enhance user engagement and drive conversions.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content and a consistent publishing schedule.
- Work together with agency and marketing to optimize communication content, to improve key metrics of the website like traffic & page views
- Monitor and report on monthly status.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, literature, marketing, Art & design or other related fields
- Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy
- Experience as a content creator in prior roles creating strong and engaging content. Ability to turn a concept into compelling content
- Ability to work with creative tools like Adobe or Canva
- Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms - TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, XHS and YouTube
- Ability to incorporate company brand voice and identity in digital content
- Extensive knowledge of the popular social media platforms
- Understanding SEO best practices or web publishing will be an advantage.
- Detail-oriented work style with good time management and organizational skills
- Multi-project management skills, adhering to timelines and performing under pressure to achieve the targets
